2020 Harvest Notes
Antonella Titone’s masterful 2020 blend consists of 40% Nocellara del Belice, 40% Cerasuola, and 20% Biancolilla. The nose is complex, very green, and herbaceous, with notes of tomato stem, green banana, and even avocado! The flavor is delicious, full of fresh, aromatic herbs, arugula, and a hint of tomato leaf. The pleasant bitterness of the oil is perfectly balanced by its persistent peppery finish.
