Egg Tagliolini with Saffron
This supple egg pasta, in a shape similar to fettuccine, is infused with golden Italian saffron for a delicate aroma and taste.
Serve with a shrimp, crab or lobster ragù. Ideal twirled into seafood stews or fish soups. Alternatively, toss with melted butter and peas, or with olive oil and finely sliced asparagus tips.
Cooking Time: 3-5 minutes.
